The Power of Choice Expo
Klein ISD is excited to host the Power of Choice Expo on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Klein High School from 8:45 am to 12:00pm. Students of all ages and their families are invited to attend this morning full of engaging activities and informative sessions.
This event also serves as a Master Session for Parent University.

Accommodations for College Board & ACT Exams – What Families Need to Know
Families of students taking college-credit or college-readiness exams can find important information here about requesting accommodations. Klein Oak High School will host the PSAT/NMSQT on Tuesday, October 22, 2025 for 10th and 11th grade homeschool students who live within the Klein Oak attendance zone.
✅ No cost to test
✅ Registration deadline: October 3, 2025
✅ Residency verification required prior to testing
Families must complete the registration form and provide proper ID and residency documentation.

Klein ISD earned an A rating in the College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) component of the Texas Education Agency’s 2025 A–F Accountability Ratings and maintained a B overall, rising from an 80 in 2023 to an 86 in 2025.
Since the TEA raised performance standards in 2023, the district has seen a 30% increase in A-rated schools, a 13% increase in B-rated schools, and a 55% decrease in C-rated schools, with no schools rated D or F. All five high schools and all ten intermediate schools earned an A or B, and students across Klein ISD earned 127 academic distinctions, a 37% increase since 2023.
