Criminal Background Check for Vendors

To sell items or services to KISD employees, all independent retailers must undergo a criminal background check annually, and they must be given approval from Human Resource Services. The independent retailer will log on to the link below to pay the $25.00 fee. Background checks take approximately 10 – 14 days to return from the date of submission. The independent retailer’s name will be listed on an approved district-wide list of independent retailers when the background check is approved. Independent retailers who are not approved to sell items or services to District employees will be mailed a letter via US mail.
