Klein Oak Repair Center
The Klein Oak Repair Center (KORC) is located upstairs at the north end of the commons. Our staff is available to assist students with issues involving logins, software, and hardware. Please keep in mind these important student reminders:
- Bring your laptop to school every day.
- Keep your laptop in its case when you are not using it; especially when you are moving about in the halls.
- Charge your laptop every night.
- Restart your laptop every day for best performance.
- Any damages or theft must be reported within 5 days through the Student Work Order System.
A Student Work Order must be completed before bringing your laptop to the KORC.

After submitting a Work Order Request, students should take their laptop to the KORC for repair. Make sure you have backed up your files and your laptop is in its case.
