Family & Community Services
The Human Services Career Cluster focuses on preparing individuals for employment in career pathways that relate to families and human needs such as counseling and mental health services, family and community services, personal care services, and consumer services.
Practicum to Human Services
Practicum in Human Services provides background knowledge and occupation-specific training that focuses on the development of consumer services and early childhood development.  It is the second year course for students who have been in Child Guidance.
Principles of Education
Principles of Education and Training is designed to introduce learners to the various careers available within the Education and Training Career Cluster. Students use self-knowledge as well as educational and career information to analyze various careers within the Education and Training Career Cluster. Students will develop a graduation plan that leads to a specific career choice in the student's interest area.
Instructional Practices in Education & Training
Instructional Practices is a field-based (practicum) internship that provides students with background knowledge of child and adolescent development as well as principles of effective teaching and training practices.  Students will travel off campus to work directly with a mentor teacher in either an elementary or intermediate school 3 days a week.

Principles of Hospitality & Tourism
The Hospitality and Tourism Career Cluster focuses on the management, marketing, and operations of restaurants and other food/beverage services, lodging, attractions, recreation events, and travel-related services.
Hospitality Services
Hospitality Services provides students with the academic and technical preparation to pursue high demand and high-skill careers in hospitality related industries. The knowledge and skills are acquired within a sequential, standards-based program that integrates hands-on and project-based instruction.
Hotel Management
Hotel Management focuses on the knowledge and skills needed to pursue staff and management positions available in the hotel industry. This in-depth study of the lodging industry includes departments within a hotel such as front desk, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, human resources, and accounting.
Interior Design II
Interior Design II is a technical laboratory course that includes the application of the employability characteristics, principles, processes, technologies, communication, tools, equipment, and materials related to interior design to meet industry standards.
Practicum in Interior Design
Practicum in Interior Design is an occupationally specific course designed to provide job-specific skills through laboratory training, job shadowing, or work situations in areas compatible with identified career goals in interior design.
